How Our Hoodie Programs Are Set Up
Fleece is the heaviest fabric we run, so it is booked by weight at approval rather than at cutting. Each program — women's, men's and kids' — keeps its own blocks, which means a size run graded for one is never reused on another.
Wash, pilling and shrinkage tests are run on the bulk fabric before cutting starts. Fleece behaviour after washing is the single most common complaint we see on reorders, so it is checked before the order is committed.

Yes, at 300 pcs per design. Each program keeps its own blocks and fabric booking, so a family capsule can ship in one container without mixing size runs.

We match the target weight and hand-feel you specify, from mid-weight cotton-rich fleece to heavyweight brushed-back options, and confirm the fabric before sampling starts.
How do you control quality before shipment?
